Walking in Switzerland / P9050096 3 cable cars got us to Schwarzee, about 8000 ft. From here, above the morning haze, the view of the Matterhorn against the deep blue of the sky was breathtaking. We were aiming for the Hornli-Hutte another 3000 ft climb.
